Sunday, June 28, 2026 · 12pm–4pm · Hamilton, ON
Your monstera is unruly. Your pothos is bursting at the seams. That fiddle-leaf fig hasn't been repotted since you bought it in 2023.
Bring your tired houseplants to Grain & Grit Brewery on June 28th, and we'll repot them while you enjoy a drink with pals! We get our hands dirty (literally), you get a happier plant and a chill afternoon. Everyone wins.
How it works
1. Book your spot here! 🚨 Due to high demand, we've switched to a booking system to minimize wait times and allow for more time to answer your questions. Walk-ins are welcome and we'll fit you in where we can.
2. Bring Your Own Plant (BYOP). One plant (or many). No need to bring anything else, we've got you covered.
3. We repot, you sip. Grab a pint while we give your plant a proper spa day. Each plant receives:
-
Fresh potting mix tailored to your plant
-
A new nursery pot
-
A pest/health checkup
-
Leaf cleaning
-
Root trim (if needed)
- Custom advice and your questions answered!
4. Take home a happier plant! 🪴

FAQ
Do I need to bring a pot? Nope. Every repot comes with a fresh nursery pot. Depending on your plant's root system, we may plant it in a different size pot than what you bring it in.
What plants can you repot? Most common houseplants like tropicals, succulents, cacti, ferns, you name it. Please note that we cannot repot plants in pots larger than 12" in diameter.
How long does it take? You'll book a time slot based on how many plants you're bringing. Each plant takes about 10-15 minutes. Larger or more rootbound plants might take a bit longer. During your session you'll be able to ask questions and receive custom advice while we work on your plants.
Do I have to reserve a slot? Yes! Due to high demand, we have switched to a booking system to avoid long wait times and to allow time for answering your questions. We want the process to be as smooth as possible for you.
What if it rains? We have a tent, and if the weather really turns we'll move inside. Either way, the event's on.
